History
El 18 de enero de 1902 el Gobierno del Presidente Germán Riesco establece el impuesto a la producción de alcoholes y promulga la Ley N° 1.515, que crea la “Administración de los Impuestos sobre Alcoholes”, un servicio público encargado de fiscalizar el nuevo tributo. Un ingeniero de prestigio, don Julio Cousin Daumiere, tiene la misión de organizarlo y dirigirlo.
